Unseasonably warm weather was felt all over Northeast Wisconsin Sunday as record high temperatures were set in numerous locations, including Green Bay, Appleton and Oshkosh. Check out the numbers below. In addition, Milwaukee (66°) and Madison (65°) tied records.
