This mom loves a GOOD deal

So I went rummaging yesterday. Not through someone’s garage, but I’m looking forward to that, too! I went to the St. Vincent de Paul thrift store in Green Bay yesterday. Wow! It was busy. Because it was my first time I don’t know if it’s busier than usual, but I was definitely surprised by the crowd. Surprised, too, when my NEIGHBOR spotted me! Said he makes regular trips looking for GOOD finds. Then on the way home from school another NEIGHBOR said she had gotten a bed frame there this week. I learned Tuesdays are the best days to find new stuff.

I almost walked out with an armload of silver trays because of today’s “quirky crafter” segment. I wanted to build a jewelry tower. It would have cost me about $2. And.. it would have been one-of-a-kind. But I left empty handed because I was a little overwhelmed and I was running out of time.

I’ll definitely go back. I saw a relish tray that would make a great catch-all for jewelry.
And a white glass vase for my daughters “hair pretties.”
All for just pennies… And NO ONE will know but me. (and you)

Happy rummaging!

Well I can see that your argument is rather incisive as it highlights lots of interesting data. By the way, was curious whether you would want to exchange links with my web space, as I am looking forward to compile more contacts to further spear point and make headway for my website. I don’t really mind you stationing my web links at the front page, just getting this links on this particular page is great and sufficient. Anyway, would you be kind enough message me back at my site if you are keen in exchanging links with me, I would really value that. I would like to thank you and I hope to get a reply from you as soon as possible!
